Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how La Belle Nail Studio & Spa ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you book an appointment, join one of our email lists, or otherwise interact with us. We are located at 1863 E Thousand Oaks Blvd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362.
Information we collect
- Appointment details you provide when booking: your name, phone number, email address, the service and time you choose, and any notes you add.
- Email sign-ups: your email address (and your name, if you give it) when you join a list such as our Founding Members list.
- Technical information needed to run the site securely, such as your IP address, used for spam prevention and to keep the booking system working.
We do not collect or store your payment card details ourselves. When online payments become available, they will be handled by our payment processor (Stripe), who receives your card information directly and securely.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and manage your appointments.
- To respond to your questions and provide our services.
- To send you marketing emails only if you have opted in (for example, by joining our Founding Members list). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect the site and our customers from spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare - website hosting, security, and spam protection (including the "I'm human" check on our forms).
- Resend - sending appointment and marketing emails.
- Stripe - payment processing, once online payments launch.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Marketing emails
If you joined an email list, you can opt out any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us at hello@labellenailstudio.com. We record when you consented so we can honor your preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or business requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your privacy rights (California)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request that we correct or delete it;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information - we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking
We use a small cookie only to keep staff and administrators signed in to the booking tools, and a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on our forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
